Shipping at a glance
We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and usually reach you within 3 to 7 business days.

1. Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses across India. We do not offer international shipping at present.
2. Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are generally quicker, while remote pincodes can take longer.
These timelines are estimates rather than guarantees, and delivery may be delayed by weather, festivals, strikes or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Shipping charges
Any shipping charge applicable to your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery pincode and the size of your order.
5. Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier we email you the tracking number along with the courier’s name. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.
6. Delivery address
Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully before paying. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched. Orders returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete will be refunded after deducting the courier charges we incur.
7. Failed delivery attempts
Couriers normally make up to three attempts to deliver. If nobody is available to receive the parcel it is returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch, for which fresh shipping charges may apply.
8. Receiving your parcel
If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please either refuse the delivery or record a short video while opening it. This makes any claim far easier for us to settle on your behalf.
9. Missing or delayed parcels
If tracking has not moved for several days, or the estimated delivery date has passed, write to us and we will take it up with the courier and keep you updated until it is resolved.
