These Terms and Conditions govern your use of karpasaworld.com and any order you place with us. Karpasa World is a small business based in Karnataka, India. By using this website or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract in order to place an order or hold an account with us.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to it. We may suspend or close an account that is being misused.
2. Products, colours and sizing
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Because of photography, lighting, screen calibration and the nature of dyed fabric, the colour or shade you see on screen may differ slightly from the garment you receive, and minor variations in measurement are normal in stitched clothing. Such variations are not defects.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have ordered it, we will inform you and refund that item in full.
3. Prices and pricing errors
All prices are in Indian Rupees. Karpasa World is not registered under GST and therefore does not charge GST or issue GST tax invoices.
While we take care to keep pricing accurate, if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract between us is formed only when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock has run out, where we are unable to deliver to your pincode, where payment fails verification, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or bulk resale — and we will refund any amount already paid.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card details. Orders are dispatched only once payment has been confirmed.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms. In short, you may raise a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to verification.
7. Intellectual property and acceptable use
The Karpasa World name, logo, product photographs, illustrations, designs and website text belong to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any account, not to interfere with its normal operation, and not to extract data from it by automated means without our consent.
8. Reviews and third party links
If you post a review, comment or photograph, you confirm that it is your own and you permit us to display it on our website and social media channels. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or infringes the rights of others.
Third party links
Our website may link to other websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
9. Warranties and liability
The website is provided on an “as is” basis and we do not warrant that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded or restricted.
Events outside our control
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform where it is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural events, strikes, civil unrest or failures of communication networks.
10. Privacy, governing law and contact
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
